Dr Philip Striano is the owner of Hudson Rivertown’s Chiropractic Health Care in Dobbs Ferry, New York. He is a certified chiropractic sports physician and a sports injury, exercise, and strength and conditioning specialist. He received his doctor of chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College.

Very poor app with entire sections left blank. It seems very incomplete. No video of exercises, just description. A wasted buy.

My partner gets a lot of neck pain and her doctor has advised her to do some cervical exercises to free up the stiffness and improve flexibility. This app is proving very helpful. The exercises and the advice and explanations from Dr Striano are all easy to follow. We recommend it!
Good app for the price
I welcome the day i can persuade my physical therapist to offer me a consultation for the same price as a cup of coffee! This app does exactly that (and Ive bought the two other apps in the series for lower back and core). You dont need video on your iPhone: all the exercises are clearly photographed but best of all I love the anatomical detail. I never knew I had so many muscles in my back, but Im starting to understand that now!
